A campaign aide says Hillary Rodham Clinton lent herself $6.4 million in the past month. Politically wounded and financially strapped, Clinton plunged back into the presidential campaign Wednesday even as Barack Obama declared that Tuesday’s primary results left him with a “clear path to victory.”

I heard this morning that listeners are asked to suggest future campaign slogans for Senators Clinton and Obama. I can’t find the right link to send them in to WNYC, but here are mine:
Hillary Clinton: “Let’s elect me to be in the White House. Focus on that change next year, I believe I’m your best choice.”
Barack Obama: “I invite all our citizens to work together to build a realistic and prosperous future for ourselves, our children, and all the citizens of the world, addressing the real challenges of our century with hope, intelligence, and respect for our planet and each other.”
John McCain: “I’ll continue the best of George Bush and change the bad things or mistakes he might have made.”
Shorter versions:
Clinton: I’m the one, trust me.
Obama: Together into the future.
McCain: Don’t rock the boat.
I DON’T WANT TO BE DENIED THE RIGHT TO VOTE GRANTED ME BY THIS NATION. “I’m hispanic, native New Yorker.
Hillary Clinton should not drop out. She should stay through convention.
She is best qualified. I feel safer w/her.
I know more about her, her goods, her bads, than I do about Obama. I don’t trust him.
