John McCain won Florida’s presidential primary while Rudy Giuliani took a beating, coming in no better than third. Mike Huckabee is also struggling to remain relevant.

According to the Associate Press, Florida Republicans split based on ideology, with John McCain winning 4 in 10 moderates and Mitt Romney winning 4 in 10 conservatives. The same thing happened when McCain ran against George W. Bush in Florida in 2000.
